Free Photo Download - The Terms for Use
The following free photo download terms of use applies to everyone, as does the offer for free photos. Before downloading / using free photos, you must agree to these terms:
- Free photos must be downloaded before use. Do not link to the file on our server.
- Photos cannot be sold, period. The free photo download offer for commercial use means you can use photos as images in a commercial website, in advertising, etc. You cannot sell them in any way.
- You cannot compile the free photos and offer them to others in any form.
- You cannot add any of our free photos to another
online photo collection, such as Wikimedia Commons.
- You assume all risks when downloading and
using the free photos, and acknowledge we are not liable
for any damages associated with download or use.
- Although not required (we said they are FREE photos), if you use one of the pictures, we'd appreciate a link from your site back to ours. We did, after all, spend many hours working to bring them to you.
